This therapy involves using massage oils to perform smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body.  It usually involves deeper work on areas with specific muscle tension.

            Deep Tissue Massage

This massage has deeper pressure and slower movements than the Swedish Massage.

            Neuro-muscular Therapy Massage

This is an intense form of massage that consists of focused, concentrated massage on one specific area of the body.  The pressure may continue for a period of up to 30 seconds at a time and is designed to relieve tension.

            Myofascial Release Massage

A very effective hands-on technique (no oils) to provide sustained pressure or stretching into connective tissue restrictions or adhesions to eliminate pain and restore posture and range of motion.
