Dr Jim Di Blasi

Originally from New York City, Dr. Di Blasi graduated with honors in December 1977 from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta.  Incidentally, he was among the first class of students to graduate from this institution. His prior schooling was at New York Chiropractic College where he had the privilege to provide care to some of the ballerinas of the New York Ballet Company. During his schooling he had the privilege to be taught by Drs. Gonstead, Furr, Thompson, Pierce & Stillwagon. These are the doctors who created the techniques used by the majority of chiropractors today.

Upon graduation he furthered his education and training with:

Dr. Nambudripad and became certified in NAET (allergy elimination).

Dr. Brimhall who certified him in the Brimhall Technique which brings holistic wellness.

Dr. Ulan of Nutritional Response Testing which helps to correct those hard cases.

Dr. Berg of Acupressure Stress Elimination Technique for those with hormonal imbalances.

Most recently he was selected to join the Neurologic Relief Centers for neurological condition care.

These are just a few of the many techniques he utilizes to obtain the best possible results for his patients.

He has practiced in Acworth for over 30 years.  He and his wife have 3 children and one grandchild.

Sonya

She is the office manager and has been with Dr. Di Blasi for over 9 years. Her main duties include scheduling appointments, working with patient finances and assuring that every patient visit runs smoothly. She is married and has two daughters, who have been seen by Dr. Jim since birth.

Tim

Is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Massage Therapist and has been with us for over 8 years.

He uses integrated therapies to help patients on many different levels:

Reiki, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Range Of Motion along with Myofascial Release (connective tissue)  and Deep Tissue Massage.

Through these Techniques and Intuitive Work, Tim strives for a state of Healing and Balance in the body.

My oldest son has joined with us to handle the business end and allow me more time to spend with patients.  He has over 7 years of experience in business management; though his original education was in computers, where at the age of 14, he became the youngest Certified "A+" Computer Repair Technician in the US.
